THE MOST ATROCIOUS SERVICE EVER IN MY LIFE

11 Days ago I paid my outstanding amount (very small: not more than R50) but my number was deleted. Had this number in excess of 20yrs. Begged and pleaded, but to no avail, this was the first time an amount was in arrears on my account. Applied for prepaid and asked for number to be migrated.
7days later :
Ist new sim card: not working told it was faulty;
2nd new sim card: vodacom called and told me it belonged to another person;
10 days later :
3rd sim card: still no service, not connected still unregistered.
Again I followed up: again no answer, I must wait until the Network Dept now sorts it out. No feedback from Vodacom, No follow up by Vodacom; bad attitude of call centre agents who get very upset because you have the audacity to get upset; I have exhausted R480 on calls to them; I have driven to the store regularly; I had to cancel appointments because I understood they would courier another sim on a particular day only to be told (after I again called) it will be delivered on another day. I cannot believe that a client could be treated, no, abused like this. They have become too big, they are bullies of clients, they just do not care
