I reported a fault on my fixed line on 31 December 2013 at Telkom Direct N1City. The operator checked and said that there is a fault on the line. She told me that it will take 15 days to respond to the fault for the area I am living in. I asked her will it take 15 days for all areas because my alarm system is connected to the telephone line. Today I sent an SMS to 30591 and got a response that the fault has been logged. I phoned 10210 and spoke with Mohamed. He said he could not understand why a service technician was not dispatched but according to him it will take 18 working days. I asked him to speak to a Call Centre manager but he said the manager is not available or his stand in. Very frustrating indeed!!!
