Never use this company for your UIF claims!!!

Last year August i contacted Mari because i was going on maternity leave in October. they were all to eeger for me to pay the fee and so i did. I send her all the documentation that she asked for from my employer to to forms that had to be filled in by the Dr. I also explained to her that i was only employd at my new company since March last year meaning that i will not receive maternity leave pay, but i was prevouisly employed for 10 years at another big company and paid UIF there aswell. I received a once off payment the end of November of R6098.00 and never again. When i started to enquire about this in December 2012 she said to me that according to the UIF offices my current employer was my first job ever and that i should get her the UIF forms from my prevouis employer to prove i have been paying UIF for close on 10 years. This i did and they filled in and submitted everything to her in January 2013. Everytime i phone or email her she said i will get back to you. We are now in July and after asking her again this morning she said its not her problem anymore they did give me a onceoff payment. If she did her job that i payed her for this would never have happend! Be carefull!!!
