Service request S3-TTK32-2LWW6 refers. I'm a Vodacom customer for more than 10 years but now I want to ask. PLEASE NOT VODACOM. They will do the same to you. I have added a Top-Up contract to my existing contract about a month ago. The number they allocated to me was a recycled number and the person and gets these phone calls during the day from lawyers and about 10 SMS a day. I went to Vodashop and asked for help, and the answer was R285. I then logged a complain at the call center and received an SMS stating I have to pay R285 because it is not a contract, but it is it is a Top-up contract for two years, if not them lets cancel the contract Vodacom??? Now I'm stuck with a two year contract and my daughter cannot use it because she gets arrested by all the calls. I think this is a JOKE and never seen making money can be so easy. You give me BAD service then you will fix it if I pay for it. I have another contract with Vodacom and want to know how do I port this number in September to MTN where the client comes first. I will also engage with my employer to relook at our contract for employees and move it to another service provider. Lets see if VODACOM serious about keeping me!!
