I have two bits of business to do with Telkom. I need to transfer my line to a new address and I need to report a DSL fault so that my tenant doesn't have to deal with incredibly poor internet speeds when they move in next week.

As it stands, I'm now closing on 30mins on hold at Telkoms unspeakable call centre. Monopoly and loving it.
