The neverending saga of terrible Telkom service

Telkom suspended my line due to accounts issues on their side. After many calls I finally got the line working again but the internet, since the suspension, is still not working. I have been on hold for 1 hour now. Your service is terrible, if you were not a monopoly, you would be out of business. Should this not get resolved today, im closing this line. I just cant deal with this level of ineptitude on a daily basis.
