This is my second attempt to get some one to assist me. My DSL line is still not working. I complained before, got someone to respond, but yet my line is still not working - https:///telkom/complaints/no-one-to-assist-with-faulty-dsl-line-1257432 . My line is now on a Mb line, but the SNR is under 6 which makes the modem disconnect all the time. I've contacted my ISP and they confirmed its not their fault. I even went as far as buying a new modem. But no change. Phoning in to complain gets no where, as the call center person tells me there is no fault, and my reference number does not exist. I am not sure what I have to do now to get my line fixed? Its like drawing blood from a stone. Impossible to get any assistance.
