Unable to reactivate line

I have recently ordered a reconnection of a line. Booked the date and even asked telkom to give me a call when they arrive so I can shoot through to let them in and it was agreed upon. After no call and a few days later I call them and they tell me that the service is unavailable due to high amounts of cable.

Why do I have to call you guys to find this out and why do you do the order in the first place. Now ive signed a lease in a house which cannot receive a line. I cannot work from home as planned as 3G signal is bad and I get no answers out of you as to details of the installing of lines etc.

This is not the first time ive heard about this sort of trash from you and I think you owe it to me at least to take a special request
