NO ONE TO ASSIST WITH FAULTY DSL LINE

I have been phone Telkom reporting faults from the time the line was installed on 30 Sept 2013. I keep getting sms's stating the fault has been fixed but i just phoned back complaining it has not. i have had 2 technicians come out and test the line, saying it is the exchange and there is not enough noise on the line. The line keeps disconnecting and instead of a 2MB line it is a 900kb/880kb/1.2mb line. Telkom then sent the line to a 1mb to check if the problem of disconnecting fixes and it did not. I was even told they will relog the call and see if the exchange can be changed to resolve the problem. But still nothing is working. But now after 2 months of paying for a line that does not work no one will transfer me to a supervisor and no one can assist. This is pathetic!!! We pay for a service we are not receiving. How can this carry on? Is no one interested in doing their jobs at Telkom? I don't even know if posting this will do anything about the pathetic service!!! My husband works from home, and now we cant work at all. someone help please.
