Telkom won't send a technician?!

Despite reporting it numerous times and asking for a technician to come to my premises, nothing has happened.

My ADSL line is not synchronising. I have plugged it in directly to the wallplug. I have replaced the POT filters. I haven't moved anything. The phone line is working. I can connect to the router without a problem.

Telkom basically says it is not their problem.
