Cell C
IPhone promise after promise

At the end of Jan I made application for an iPhone from Cell C Pavillion.
I was promised it within a week, Tuesday the 5th of February was the promised delivery date.

I STILL HAVE NO DELIVERY?!
No update. Poor management of my file. Nothing.

I escalated this through Cell C direct, and the result has been just as poor.
Both my husband and his business contracts are strongly considering moving to a more consistent provider.

In my profession, if I conduct myself like this, I would lose clients. I would not earn an income.
The service delivery is shocking. Client relationship management is even poorer.
