Great Service

After years of struggling with our previous ISP, we decided to switch to AfriHost since I already host some websites there and are very happy with the servive.

Two weeks after switching to AfriHost our internet was very inconsistent so I complained to both Telkom and AfriHost, both blaiming the other party.

But AfriHost went a step further and even though my Telkom line rental is not through them they still contacted Telkom on my behalf and within 24 hours Telkom was at my house and replaced a broken underground cable. One day later Telkom even phoned me to ask if what they replaced resolved the problem (which did).

I don't know what AfriHost told Telkom but I never get that service from Telkom, but thank you Afrihost and Telkom
