I don't care attitude from Vodacom

I have a data contract with Vodacom. In the month of December my statement had an amount for the data that was charged although I did not finish my bundles. I wrote an email to Vodacom about the extra money I have been charged and I didn't get any response only the reference numbers. For January statement, same thing happened, I wrote a complaint once again, still no one seem to care. I even went to the Vodacom shop at Centurion mall, I was given a phone to call, the person promised me a refund. Still up to today, there have been no refund nor responses.

Vodacom is just showing me that they don't care about my inquiries and complaints. I feel so bad after being their customer for over 10 years now. The service is pathetic.
