Extra data SIM charge

I was extremely happy when my previous complaint around being charged for a data SIM due to a Vodacom error was quickly rectified. However I have just received my monthly statement and it is showing a charge for TWO data sims (R9 each) and a connection fee (R97). I specifically asked the assistant to make sure that I will only be charged for 1 data sim but this obviously wasn't done. I have a normal 3G sim to which I have linked a nano sim, so I must only be charged for ONE data extra data sim. Please sort this.
