Good day,

I have a data billing issue with Vodacom, that my data useage was wrongly billed and my bank account wrongly debited. I have called Vodacom customer care twice and was promised that I would receive a referance nr via sms and e-mail. It has been two weeks already since my first communication with vodacom. I even went to the Vodacom store in Kolonade shopping centre and was advised to call customer care.

Vodacom has not yet given me feedback regarding my data that was wrongly deducted from my bank account.

This contract was always a top up contract and all of a sudden I get a bill for over R1500!!

This should be rectified or I will cancel all 3 of the contracts that I have with Vodacom!!!

This is pathetic service that I had received from Vodacom!!!
