MTN thinks I am a prostitute!!!

After moving to a new property our reception went to non existent. It has been 3 months now. After numerous calls to MTN client services and even more to the coverage dept all i am getting from them is a big F... You. We are MTN and you the are not important enough to be even called back.

I was initially promised that someone will come to our premises and see for themselves if I am not lying. After that did not realized we were to and told someone has been to our premises and that there is no problem. After an argument on the phone with the consultant, they conceded that no one was sent to my premises. They made another promise and said that they will come and install a booster of some sort in 10 days. To my "surprise" no one pitched.

I then called again and was told that they have no records of me even phoning in the previous times, and that i was lying again. I have asked the person to speak to a superior, but was told that there is no supervisor available and he is the highest ranking official at MTN at that moment. But he will get his supervisor to contact me in 10 days. No call yet. (2 weeks). Please come fetch your!!!

I refuse to be F... any longer!!!
