Incompetent workmanship and customer neglect

All appliance services received a call from me on 29/11/2013, to repair a fridge on my self catering BnB's business premises. After returning to fix the fridge twice again in December and January (on 5/12/13 and 6/1/14) they were called a third time on 15/1/14 to make repairs as the fridge was still broken. I was then promised that a specialist technician would come and fix the fridge that same day. No one pitched. The next day i logged another call with another promise but once again no one pitched. On Friday 17/1/14 i spoke to Rob a director, where he personally apologized and promised that the companies' best technician will be on my premises to fix the fridge before lunch time. No one pitched. I sent an email the following Monday (19/01/14) explaining my frustration and asking for a full refund of the R1500 paid up to date for the shoddy workmanship, I was completely ignored. After being constantly referred to different people when phoning, i am still to speak to someone regading my refund. It has now been almost 2 months (from 29/12/13 to 27/1/14)! Please help, I am losing business! Not to mention all the airtime spent contacting this company or perishable food items lost.
