I am very dissapointed in telkom, i moved premises 2 months ago and applied for my line to be moved to my new premises, im very unhappy with there call center as they make you wait so long on line, and as i do not have a land line i have to use my cell phone to make to make the call and this, which chargers me. i wouldnt have mind this if they were promt with there services, ITS GETTING EXPENSIVE NOW.
Aventually they sent a technicion over and he checked everything out, he then told me he has to instal a new line, he then went to checked the cabling, he came back and told me there is something wrong with the cable and he has to report the problem, he told me this would take 2 days to fix, this was 3 weeks ago. the following week i phoned again and they made me wait 30 min on the phone wile they look into the problem, they aventually told me they have to install a new poll, this is not true as they told me its the cable, i am now very confused, they then said they would call me back in 15 min, its been 2 weeks prior to that call and im still waiting. I then phoned them a couple of days ago and they told me the cable will only be instaled on the 14 December. how much longer now???
