Appalling Response Times

I received a call from Adt's control room advising my alarm had been activated. I requested them to send an armed response vehicle and i would meet them at the property. I arrived at the property 6 minutes later and waited for Adt. And waited. Eventually, after establishing everything looked ok from the outside, i entered the premises alone. I waited some more. 20 minutes after the call from the control centre, I called Adt to advise them that it was pointless sending a vehicle as i had already ascertained all was fine. I requested a supervisor to call me regarding the shocking response time. The only call i received was to advise armed response has been to the premises and cant gain entry! 26 minutes later!!
I had a similar incident in January when i hit the panic button. Once again it took them more than 20 minutes to arrive at my premises by which time in desperation I had called a friend who had already arrived. Their Client Liason Supervisor try to fob off my concern, as according to his records, the response time was just under 7 minutes. My cell records from that incident in January proved otherwise.
Their technical dept. is no better. Waiting 4 days for a call
