Sat 19 Oct I visited Fiona's, 340 Oak Ave, Randburg. for 17 cushions. It totalled R5k (Inv 8877). I was asked to pay dep of R3k, which I did via credit card. I was told by Colin that it would be ready by Sat 26 Oct.
I phoned Sat the 26th, to be told by Colin that my order will be ready on Tues/Wed and he would organise free delivery. He would phone for delivery address.
Tues/Wed came & went. I phoned Colin again on Sat 02 Nov. He told me that guy sewer was off ill. I told him that he should have called me to inform me of delay. He apologised & admitted that it was his fault & that he would contact me. No call.
Sat 16 Nov, phoned again &asked whether I could speak to mng. Lady insisted that I could only speak to Colin, who was not in, so she would ask him to contact me. I do not want to speak to Colin, as his customer service is non-existent and he has been lying since 26 Oct. After a lot of explaining to probably 3-4 people, I spoke to Colin. This time I was told that it was the supplier and that he had done his job and that a supervisor or manager was not available. I lost my cool and called him a lying, thieving, . I still have not received a call!
