1 day Bolt not working

At 12:40 this morning (01/12/2013) I had purchased and extra R50 airtime above the R100 worth of airtime I had with the intention of purchasing MTN's 1 day bolt uncapped data bolt. At 12:50 I received text message from MTN stating that the bolt has successfully been activated.

This how ever was not functioning as it should and instead of me being able to browse and download from the web at no extra costs all my airtime has now depleted. On contacted MTN with one or 2 very RUDE agent by the name of Andrew who after 30 minutes on the phone with him dropped the line in my ear i had spoken to another lady Zanela and her supervisor Senlot who has been quite helpful but yet no closer to a solution.

At this stage when I dial *141*5# I only get an option to deactivate the 1 day bolt when I do it says this service is not available. So from what I can gather although the network is picking up that the 1 day bolt is active the bolt itself most likely is not functioning or possibly a bug in their systems. So I have spent the last 5 hours troubleshooting with them on a wonderful sunny Sunday afternoon as I was hoping to get somethings done earlier today which as of yet not.
