Constant loss of data signal unacceptable

Since the beginning of December Vodacom keeps dropping it's data signal, sometimes for hours on end. Both my wife and I use the data service for work and have been loosing business due to the problem, especially through the inability to send and receive emails promptly. We have been forced to make use of other service providers, resulting in unnecessary expenses.

I lodged a complaint in January, the technician's excuse was due to problems with the upgrading of the towers and blamed the contractors involved. He promised that the problem would be solved in 3-4 days. But to no avail.

This problem at hand is totally unacceptable and unprofessional. If I give my customers bad service they leave me and go and support the opposition. I have signed a two year contract with Vodacom and has never failed to pay, but they are delivering a shocking service and I am bound to the contract. In which way is this fair? I want to be relieved from the remaining of my data contract and be reimbursed with the loss of expense.

If Vodacom is serious about business and their customers' business they must let it show, and fast!!
