Deny... deny... deny!!!

I had a exhaust replaced a month ago, and yesterday on the way home I heard strange noises coming from the exhasut. At home I investigated the matter only to find the one bolt missing, the bottom bracket broken and the muffler had cracked. Took it back to Autoveld you denied, say I failed to replace the missing bolt.!!! Why must I check a bolt for an exhaust that was replaced a month earlier, and who inspects their vehicle every time you ride with it. Autoveld refused to use lock nuts when replacing the exhaust, and because of this i find myself in this position. Their bad workmanship is a direct result of the pridcament I am in now. When i took it to them, they blamed the bolt...!!! Bottom line, they did not securely fasten the exhaust!! But the owner Nick has to say was DENY... DENY... DENY!!!
