Missing seat bolt from my bike

My CRF230F went in for a service at Umhlanga Honda, and returned with a missing seat bolt, i went back to report it, and they said i must order and pay for a new one, after a huge fight, they said they would pay for it, I've been waiting 4 months, to get the bolt, and every second week when i go back, the bolt IS STILL ON IT'S WAY...
