Do not buy the 24 Hour Data Bundle

My wife bought the 24 hour data bundle. She received this message: "Y'ello. You have purchased 24Hour data bundle using 1700 Loyalty Points. Your available Points balance is 1571 points."
She proceeded to download a lot of data.
THE NEXT DAY she received this message from MTN: "Y'ello. You've successfully loaded a MTN Broadband Unlimited 1Day Bolt on data bundle. Please activate before 20130601 by dialing ..."
Now her bill is R3707.32 instead of the usual amount which is less than R800 per month.
This is obviously a problem on your side and the pity is that it can so easily be fixed by stating in the first sms that you should wait for your activation code before starting to download any data. You are not learning from your mistakes as I have found several complaints about the same problem: https:///mtn/complaints/no-service24hr-bolt-on-bundle-799385

PLEASE RECTIFY THIS PROBLEM BEFORE THE END OF THIS WEEK AS IT HAS BEEN NOT RESOLVED 1 MONTH LATER (AFTER PHONING YOUR CALL CENTRE) OR ELSE I WILL TAKE YOU TO ICASA.
