Paying more than I should and bad service

I have 3 lines with mtn, 2 phone and one data. My data line I have had for nearly 4 years and my general spending a month ranges around the R400. Suddenly the last 2 months my account was R1944 for data line only and just over R1300 for october. End of September when I had such a big bill I made a call to 808 to find out why, because now I spend more time in wifi zones. They promised an itemized bill in 5-15 days. 21 working days later I called again and still no joy. I made a second call that day and I spoke to a guy called Themba who was actually helpful, but still could not help me, but he did manage to send me an itemized bill the same day. I found transactions in the middle of the night which I never do, and transactions for R600 in one go? Also transactions that was made in time slots that I was in wi fi zone, as we have wifi at work, and another for 6GB in 1 day, and I am sorry mtn too slow. How is this possibl I also said at one stage I want to know why, and 1 of the customer service ladies says she thinks maybe downloads that I made??? For a hotline she says to me maybe? In July my contracts are due for renewal but this is DEFINATELY not happening, all 3 will be cancelled
