Complaint sent 18/11/13 and no response

I sent Mtn a complaint on the 18/11/13 and had no response to date, this shows the disgusting quality service they are providing to customers.
Complaints will be sent to every consumer governing body till this contract is cancelled. To pay for services we dont receive should be considered!
