More bad service from Dischem

I made a complaint at the beginning of November to Dischem regarding the pricing of Palmer body Lotion, on the 3rd Nov. I had a reply to my complaint from Chantelle Batt to say sorry for the inconvenience but nothing else, then on the 5thNov I had another email from Genevieve Nieuwenhuizen saying she is looking into the complaint, since then I have heard nothing from either of them, it does'nt take two weeks to look at two bottles of body lotion, read the front label on one of them to see Dischem is in the wrong, I think the way the customers in this country are treated is disgusting, and the way complaints are handled is even worse.
