JUST DONT CARE-PATHETIC AND DISGUSTING

Its been 3 weeks now since my first complaint at above mentioned branch, to date NO ONE has bothered calling me back to resolve my query/complaint!!! You are quick to deduct but when it comes to explaining WHY NO ONE knows anything!!!??? After i was told i DO NOT have an over draft, today i check my statements and low and behold im charged FOR AN OVERDRAFT??? I have emailed the complaints department, i have logged complaints on hellopeter, i have facebooked my complaint, all i get is promises of assistance, nothing actually gets done!!! This service is beyond pathetic and disgusting, i feel ashamed to be associated with such a disgusting bank!!! I would like a call ASAP because this is going to get ugly!!!
