NO RESPONSE ABOUT MY COMPLAINT

I have made a complaint on monday since then no 1 has contacted me the suppliers response was some 1 will to tell me why my order was cancelled yet no 1 has more.
the agent told me i was approved 3 times on recording i want an answer but i guess cell c is just scamming their customers with . if i dont get a response soon i will be sure to put this matter in the papper and live radio making people aware of the that cell c carring out.

in april my old contract is also coming to an end i will be sure to cancell it as you guys take people for ride.
