Sent a complaint till date no response

I just thought I should express my utmost disgust at the people who are supposed to protect us as the name says. I sent a complaint through email months ago as I called and nobody answered as a voice message kept saying I am caller number six for two consecutive days. after being unfairly treated by Samsung I tried to use what I thought was my only tool remaining provided by the government to help us from being used and abused by most suppliers in this country, I haven't heard anyone call or respond to my email till date. I am dead sure that they received my email as all the undelivered ones are sent back to me. its so strange that we have people that work and are being paid to provide a service to taxpayers like me yet we are made to feel as if a favour has been made for us. when is somebody going to do something with all the lazy people that report to work but just to sit and gossip and receive a fat cheque at the end of the day. disgusting.
