Dear Peter,

1. Refer to your response to my complaint on 08/01. Sorry but when I eat breakfast, I dont pour cereal, milk and orange juice into breakfast bowl! I prefer to drink the juice separately. Two complaints but in the same complaint thread? Please shoot the person who comes up with these! Some things needs to be separated to put method to the madness. I had two totally separate complaints (unrelated) for the same company. Work on your communication skills too. The right response would be "We will consider and get back to you". But you gave me rather "Make both complaints in one thread". Says alot about how close minded you are about customers feedback. How ironic!

2. On a lighter note (but also a complaint), I would recommend a third category (over and above Compliment and Complaint) and that is Suggestion. Sometimes we dont want to complain but instead give a suggestion to companies

Thats my 2 separate an unrelated complaints in this one complaint thread.
