No service and no response

My fixed line went down on Sat 16/11 - I logged the fault online (ref 217CWK161113) and a Technician was around within hours - awesome! Couldn't fix it though and said he'd be back - Sun 17/11 the line is perfect; we are all happy. Mon 18/11 the Technician phones and admits he did nothing to fix it and says it must have sorted itself out. A couple of hours later the line is no longer working. Again I log the fault online and use the escalation channel as the original fault is still logged. I receive no response of any kind whatsoever - I have been logging this fault every day since with absolutely no response - I am tearing my hair out. It's been five days! I tried calling on my cell phone but the call centres are so overloaded that to wait for a consultant is a waste of my air time and my personal time. I just don't know what to do next - I NEED MY FIXED LINE SERVICE!!!
