A month of logging faults with no response!!

I logged a fault on my business line the first time around 9 March. My ADSL works, but there is no dial tone on my phone. My credit card machine is connected to this line so I am loosing out on all my credit card sales. Nobody have come out to my premises to see what is wrong. Twice now they have sent me an SMS to say they have fixed my line when they have not fixed it. They have closed my fault reports twice as well and each time I have to log a new fault. Next time I phone to query the fault they say, but it was only logged yesterday or two days ago because they closed the previous faults. This is disgusting service from Telkom!!! I need this phone to be fixed so that I can carry on with normal business. I have customers complaining that nobody is answering the phone when they phone me and then they don't come because they think we are closed.!! Telkom... sort this out NOW.
