My cell phone

I booked my cell phone with MTN Ghandi Square for repairs, i received a call from MTN South Gate that my cell phone was ready for collection, I therefore asked them to take it back to Ghandi square as i booked it there.

I therefore went to MTN Ghandi to enquire, and told them about the call i received from south gate, and asked them to call south gate and request for my cell phone to be handed back to them (MTN Ghandi).

The respone I got from the consultant was" We dont work with them (MTN South Gate), dont even have their number, You will have to go there and fetch it yourself"

I told the lady that i booked my phone with them (MTN Ghandi) so she must make means that i get it, she told me the only thing that can be done was for her to call warehouse as it was their fault and it will take another 10 days which will now be 20 days cause it is said that the turn around time is within 10 working days. She promised to call me back but she never did.
