Totally disgusted with the level of service, being a vodacom customer all my life! Been quering my data usage for the past week, no1 can help with my issue.. I'v been unfairly billed and not 1 consultant can help or explain to me why im getting billed R600 for data or internet use, I know nothing about.. totally useless.. im posting my story on all social media till this is resolved... ever sorry for taking out this contract... disappointed.
