Airtime wasn't topped up

I am now highly irritated at MTN. My Top-up dates on my contract is the 7th of every month. As of the 9th of this month I have still not been topped up and my data is currently on 10mb. I called 808 to to tell them that my data on the number has not been updated. 3 time they have told me I can't do this as the contract is in my mothers name. She is currently travelling. So now I am stuck with no data (to which YOU WILL charge me if I go over, or I MUST pay for more data). I spoke to 3 unhelpful call center agent not 1 was WILLING to help and break there script. What I am going to do get data and Airtime, how is that even possible? You can see what number I am calling from so a simple check against that number and a problem logged was all I wanted, and the problem to be rectified. This is the straw that has broke the camels back.
