Canceling a contract

Good day to any and all people that may read this, I made the mistake of my life going with virgin mobile, as with all contracts everything started off fine, until I started realizing the dropped calls and poor reception was due to the network I was on... Anyway. I have been trying to cancel with virgin mobile for a while now and this seems to be an impossible task, I first had to find a branch... Alberton branch is closed if anyone wondered, east gate informed me I can close the account I was so happy and when I took out my wallet to pay toe get away from this thorn in my side, I was informed that I can phone head office and cancel but only between Monday and Friday during the week so thank you for once again wasting my time, I can not wait to read the newspaper and see that virgin mobile is out of South-Africa... O yes please do try phone me and see if you can get through or maybe I will yet again get a no available network error on my phone..
