I have sent mail to your Customer Services on Sat I received automated reply with above ref no. I want to buy a phone on your online shop iphone 4 8 gb black, I managed to register yesterday place the item in the basket but when I went to check out the system said that the payment option is currently not available that I must try again later. The online shop is down for maintenance I cannot complete the transaction. Please advise when the online shop will be up and running. According to your website you only accept paygate. In order to use paygate you need a cheque or credit card and online banking. Not all the people of South Africa have cheque accounts and credit cards. The majority of your pre-paid clientelle only have savings accounts. Surely you must cater for all the people of SA. I also went to two different MTN shops to see if I can buy the phone as a walk in customer. You can only get this deal online. The number provided on your website is also incorrect I have phoned the number Saturday for the online shop and was told it is the wrong department. I was given another no which was also incorrect. All I want is to buy the phone ASAP even if I have to do an EFT
