Unnacceptable Service!!!

My contract and future business with MTN has been selvaged by one and maybe the only helpful person that I have dealt with since having my contract with them. Staff at the Atterbury branch had such a bad attitude and came across very rude and unhelpful. I then went to a branch closer to work at the wonderpark mall where the service seemed to be OK even though other customers were served before me that were not standing in the obvious cue. The lady Ursula at the counter did assist me but decided not to tell me that they had been down since the Friday before and that she would not be able to activate my sim card which was required on an urgent basis. She told me that I would have to wait 2-24 hours before activation.

Once my 24 hours had passed I remembered a very helpful young lady that had assisted me on a few occasions in the past and was always happy for me to contact her directly if I had any problems. I phoned her and she got straight onto the problem informing me of what exactly had happened and how she was going to attempt to correct the situation for me. This being the 2nd or third time that Chade would be assisting me after other MTN employees had not done their jobs.
