Where is my order?

I placed an order and paid for it on the 17th of January and got the shipping confirmation on the 20th of January. Today is the 28th and I haven't received ANYTHING. I e-mailed them twice, and tried to phone the online shop number which is always either engaged or they just don't answer the phone.

This was definitely my first and last order from your online shop
