Physical shop and online shop not the same

I was given some vouchers. Went online and saw the book I wanted but they did not accept gift vouchers. So I went to the physical shop but they did not have the book I wanted on the system. I mentioned that the online shop sells it and asked if they can get it from them. They then said they can not get it from the online shop as it is two different businesses. This confirms why I stay a way from Exclusive books.
