What possessed me!!! MTN STILL the worst

Order a prepaid phone on MTN Online Shop. Pay and WAIT. Other than the invoice I get no response in this day of Online Shopping. 28 hours I do receive a sms stating that they cannot contact me., no missed calls no emails only this little sms. Then try phone the number provided in sms. RTT callcenter and 20 minutes later no movement. Just some dude telling you about their world class logistic system.. Get your act together MTN. If I went to a shop I would have the phone in my hand. If I used ANY other online facility I would have my product in my HAND.
