I have had a 8ta data contract for approximately a year, during this time the connection has been consistently unstable with an average connection speed of under 1Mbps, it eventually reached a point where it was unusable most of the time.

Since logging a fault approximately 2 months ago I have been visited by 2 technicians, although both were in agreement that the connection was extremely poor no resolution has been offered, (the connection is actually deteriorated since) having received no feedback I contacted your call centre on Mon 7 October, after much explaining I was eventually passed on to a supervisor who assured me he would escalate my complaint and request for the immediate cancellation of the contract, he also committed to calling me on the 9 October with feedback. After not receiving his call I one again contacted the call centre, after being put on hold the agent assured me he had traced the relevant supervisor and would ensure he returned my call, I'm still waiting.

Please advise as a matter of urgency whether you are prepared to cancel this contract as it is clearly evident that you are unable to deliver the service you are contracted to supply and I am paying for.
