After 3 months of endless calling still no reply!!

I have been trying to get the problem i have solved for the last 3 months.

It all started when i took out a contract with the Vodacom consultant over the phone.

The consultant told me that the 100mb data per month would be free for 24 months and that there would be no connection fee. When i viewed my statement about a month or so later i was shocked to see a R 29 charge to the 100mb data which was said to be free. Then i went back to check and i was charged R 97 for a connection fee, that was also not meant to be charged according to our verbal agreement prior to accepting the contract.

I immediately contacted the customer care line and spoke to a consultant, this was in October and was sent a service request number. I called again on November 21 then on December 13, still no answer and no one at the call centre knows whats going on on both occasions, I even spoke to the supervisors, no solid reply whatsoever.

The last call i made was on 3rd of January, the consultant had informed me that the complaint had been closed, i spoke to the supervisor, Jerome Jonkers, he assured me that he will call me that same day. Twenty days later i am still waiting for that call...
