8ta Internet unusable... so slow... DNS fails

I've had a contract with 8ta for Internet data for the last 6 months. Initially I was very pleased, the connection speeds were great and I could take it with me everywhere, but for the last month, the Internet has been completely unusable in the evenings.

Look at my speed test from last night, [URL Removed] .. Although the speed test says I'm getting 0.8 Mbps, the actual connection is completely unusable. Its extremely laggy and more than half the requests that I make to load web pages simply time out or the DNS lookups fail. This happens every evening. THIS HAS BEEN GOING ON FOR WEEKS NOW!!!

Contrast this to the speedtest, performed at 7am this morning, and the Internet is great. I get a download of speed on 9Mbps, as can be seen here [URL Removed] My connection used to be like this all the time and this is the service level that I signed up for. I have other friends that live in the area and they experience the same problems.

Is there any way that I can get out of my contract since this connection is pathetic... but of course I'm locked in to a two year contract
