We have cancelled our contract with Afrizon about a month back, and the phone has NOT BEEN COLLECTED as promised. There were arrangements
made, and the collection address was updated by one of Afrizon callers, but the driver was at the incorrect collection address. Now the phone
has still not been collected. The first instalments have already been deducted although this was cancelled within 5 days of receiving the phone. This is
unacceptable!! And thei telephone never works! It takes numerous calls before someone actually picks up, and even then the one at customer care is useless. AFRIZONE IS A VODACOM APPROVED DEALER. This is very bad publicity for you. I hope you can help me with this problem, because Afetson does not respond to emails, website queries, phone calls or messages. We will never again accept any contracts from Aferson or Vodacom
