Slow/ No service from Telkom

On the 23 of July 2013 we started experiencing a extremely slow connection speed, I contacted Telkom and my ISP and they both confirmed that there where port errors on the line. Telkom reconfigured my port settings and for a short while my connection was up and running again. For the next 2 days i was constantly on the line with the Telkom call centre and they tried everything possible over the net to resolve the problem. On the 25 of July 2013 i told them that i had enough and that they need to send a technician to come and fix the problem. They reported the fault on 736CTK250713. I contacted them this morning enquiring why they still have not assisted us with the problem, and i was transferred from one person to another, eventually a asked for a manager and i explained to him the situation, and he said that he apologizes for the delay but they do not communicate with the technicians, it is done automatically by the system. He said that he will escalate the fault and he will get back to me. It has been 2 and a half hours and i still do not have any feedback. We are still struggling with no/slow internet and no one to assist us.
