I have been trying to resolve issues on my telkom mobile 3g for the last four months. I have made more than forty calls to the telkom call center and have had two technicians out to my house. At telkom's request I have had my machine checked by the supplier. My service was fine for the first year, now the connection drops constantly, I have to log back on every five to ten minutes yet it seems as if I am still connected. No matter what the signal the service is fast, very occassionally or extremely slow, often or the connection has dropped, approximately every 10 to 15 minutes. The call center refers the issue to their technical department who do not resolve it but close the call. I then start the process from scratch and when I phone the call center the message is always the same, waiting for feedback from the technical department. I escalate these issues to a manager and get the same response
