I've been holding for cancellations now for 15 minutes. Is this your 'brilliant' strategy, Vodacom? Avoid customers? Really groundbreaking! I want to cancel my contract (079 496 6344) and I am also NOT paying the contract in full. I will be putting up the clause in the Consumer Protection Act that prohibits you from charging the full fixed-term contract amount, as well as the contact details of a personal contact I have at the Consumer commissioner's office. Will be in touch with your legal department soon! I am fed up with your disgusting treatment of customers.
